Plant-Based Nutrition

I graduated from Dr. T Colin Campbell’s Plant-Based Nutrition Program through Cornell University in December of 2015. The information I learned from the program serves as the bulwark of my knowledge as I continue to navigate the complexities of nutrition, plant-based eating, and athlete dieting.

I currently host the Nature Has Flavor Podcast, where I interview guests around from the vegan world and delve into the nutrition of plant-based diets. I also served as editor for Nature Has Flavor: Cooking Your Way to a Healthier Life, which was published in November, 2016 by Become Healthier Inc.
