Kung Fu came into my life at a time when I desperately needed a kickstart in passion. From 2013-2015, I ran a Youtube channel where I shared my training and sparring, focusing on the application of explosive self-defense techniques. Part of that channel included the web series Wing Chun Blast.
I am fortunate to have trained with a variety of incredible martial artists across the country. My training these days is primarily focused on utilizing fitness and body mapping techniques to better my overall martial arts skill. I also use the knowledge I’ve gained through martial arts to compete as a distance runner on the Massachusetts road racing circuit. I frequently blog about the correlations between martial arts and running training on this website.
